The content doesn't do justice to his energy, enthusiasm, willingness to share or ability to teach. The lessons Gavin had for the TV execs at MIPCOM were huge - I just hope they had the sense to listen and to ponder. The worst thing the screen content industry can do is expend resources in trying to shut down piracy. It won't work. They need to reconsider their business, their models and the way in which people use/buy/rent content in the digital environment. Great job and thanks for posting the slides.
