My Presentation at the International Institute of Communications in Montreal

This presentation was done to a room of mostly government and telecommunication regulators from around the world. A really great conference. If you can attend next year I highly recommend it. Lots of people attend who are actually writing the regulations and policy for media from countries around the world. Website – iicom.org.
